Terms & Conditions

We (being the Agent, owners, employees and agents for Cold Spagehtti Co (Pty) Ltd) do not accept any responsibility for any harm, injury, loss or damage arising from or caused by the use, setup or dismantling of the inflatable units. 

You (being The Hirer, the person who is hiring the inflatable) know that there are inherent risks and dangers when hiring an inflatable unit. 

The Hirer hereby waives any claim or action against Cold Spaghetti Co (Pty) Ltd and agrees to indemnify Cold Spaghetti Co (Pty) Ltd against any action brought on by any third party for any harm, injury, loss or damage arising or caused through the use, setup or dismantling of the inflatable units. 

Adult supervision is required at all times. By agreeing to this Indemnity Waiver, the hirer acknowledges that it is necessary to have a responsible adult in attendance to supervise the use of the inflatable unit. 

The Hirer needs to ensure that the setup of the Inflatable is suitable to your needs and that it is in a safe place removed from obstacles that could pose a danger (e.g. rocks, paved walkways, benches and the likes). 

The Agent is not responsible for the supply of power to the motor. 

All or any damage to the inflatable unit or motor while in possession of the Hirer will be payable by the Hirer unless mutually agreed to in writing by both parties. The motor must not be left in the rain. 

Strictly no adults are allowed on the inflatable units. Children of 12 years and younger are only allowed on fun items.
